@ByDanielOwens We had it so good. I tried to tell people on the side how special it was to have direct access to a titles Creative Director on social media. Unfortunatly we can’t have nice things. 😅

@MUTGuru Yeah. I remember getting a reply from a brand account and fanboying out for hours. But I also think social was a bit different back then. I completely agree the loud, toxic minority of users becomes the norm and then brand accounts become silent. Same with devs…

Not a fan of brand channels that don’t reply to their customers, fans, and community on social media. Such a light lift to give people a feeling of human touch, appreciation, and service.

@ByDanielOwens I remember the shot of adrenaline it would give me back in the day and would form immediate brand loyalty. I’ve also seen in from the inside and I would make peoples day replying from a brand channel. I think there’s blame on both sides of the coin. Lazy comms meets toxic users.

@MUTGuru I totally get the toxic debate it started when Idris was floated around as a possible Bond. That got nasty. But there should be a Bond for the next generation. I feel like every era had one except this one.

I think I know where you’re coming from, and what you’re getting at but that leads down a Twitter type toxic debate that I have zero interest in. Love the actor, but after reading a lot of Fleming, he’s not Bond. Not a hard concept to be true to a characters original lore by its creator. Like, Bond is Male for example.
