@Flexx_Media @Riteishd @geneliad Dialogues, music and a few scenes are surprisingly good. It’s not an extraordinary film, but it’s worth watching. Someone dared to justify the subject on this scale and that’s appreciated.

It has become increasingly clear to me that I do not intend to grow old here in Germany. I see stuff like this and it makes me wonder: should I jump ship sooner? But a little voice in the back of my head reminds me that India is still alien to me in terms of work culture. I am completely unfamiliar with how stuff works in a professional environment there. I have heard mixed things to be generous. And I should perhaps build a safety net first before I come back. But also you live once and there is nothing more exciting than throwing caution and common sense to the wind. I am guessing many more NRIs are facing the same quandary.

Bhai, I worked in India for 15 years, and if you’re worried about the work culture, I can assure you that much of it is just a created misconception. Indian work culture is actually quite good and encourages smart people. The main difference I feel between India and Europe is the growth mindset, Indians are way ahead

@mayukh_panja You need somebody in person?? My tax consultant lives in Frankfurt, speaks English. I do all my communication with him over email or phone. Quite happy.
