@theRCN I voted straight away RCN on day one. Part of my vote was not just aimed at the government but also at your weak leaders. Rubbish negotiation and you badly let us down by caving. When this is over i won’t be a member anymore.

@theRCN I have voted to reject this below inflation pay offer which is yet another real terms pay cut. All other sectors are getting an above inflation pay rise after fighting for it. NHS staff should accept no less than 10% but preferably closer to 15%. Of course 19% would be justified.
You took strike action in your hundreds of thousands. You forced the government into weeks of intense negotiations. You now have a new pay offer.
