#Leadership. #Talent #Enterprise #Uganda Today I want to pay tribute to an impactful leader who has influenced the national economy, nurtured some of Uganda’s best talent and positioned Uganda as a reliable player on the global stage: Mr @KKariisa of @nextmediaug group. 🇺🇬 Kin your leadership, readiness to take risks in terms of innovation, commitment to team work and talent management has enabled the emergence of exceptional talent including: 🇺🇬Canary Mugume, 🇺🇬Samson Kasumba, 🇺🇬Mildred Tuhaise, 🇺🇬Douglas Lwanga, 🇺🇬Kawalya Kaiyz and lately 🇺🇬 Andrew Kabuura 👍🏾 well done Transformers!!! @andrewkabuura @nbstv @NBSportUg

When we were stuck with this project and literally had no way to roll out, we called Chairman @KKariisa ; in a very warm voice, Kin said: “No problem, come tomorrow, we shall give you the space, the time and we can meet at my office anytime.” He then commanded all the forces at Next Media to give us the necessary support and as much publicity as we required and FOR FREE! Kin Kariisa enjoys a specific saying from Dr Julius Nyerere: “Tuko na Sababu, Nia, na Uwezo” (We have the Reason, the Resolve, and Ability). Bwana Kin Kariisa gave us the REASON to believe, the Will to carry on and the Ability to execute this book launch. My team and I are eternally grateful. Asante Sana Bwana Kin. To your team members; @DorahAtwong who treated the assignment like her own ( is it possible to increase her salary sir?), @victoria_sibiya , the producers and all stakeholders of Next Media and the photography team for the lovely images. What would this project be without you lovely transformers? #MomentsWithMzee
