Nevada Picks Up First-Round NIT Win Vs. Murray State 89-75 mwcconnection.com/nevada-wolfpac…

Nevada moves on in the NIT with a 89-75 win over Murray State. Pack offense was in cruise control all night. Another pair of strong performances from Vaughn Weems and Corey Camper, who combined to score 38 points on 17-28 shooting. Nevada will host Liberty this weekend!!

The second game against Liberty will be at 6 p.m. PST on Saturday, March 21, here at Lawlor.

Final: Nevada 89, Murray State 75 Murray State turned the ball over 14 times en route to a high-scoring game. Vaughn Weems drops 23 points as the Pack shoots 51% from the field. Up next: Round two of the NIT here at Lawlor, as Nevada will host Liberty this weekend.
