Maine West trailed 31-13 early in the third, but an 11-1 run brought them back to life. Niles West led 36-26 entering the fourth. Maine West closed the gap to 39-36 with 3:57 to play. NW scored to make it 41-36. Maine then closed the game on 14-2 run to stun the Wolves.
