Saying Canada has been taken over by drug cartels isn't as unhinged as you might think. TD Bank just got fined $3 billion for laundering cartel money, and Vancouver ports are regularly used by organized crime to move drugs and guns. In fact, less than 1% of container traffic in regional ports is checked by CBSA.
