Last week I went from probably some of the best performance in an account to it falling off a cliff. I felt physically sick we went from very juicy net profit day in day out to JUST about breaking even. I couldn't figure out why. The setup is exactly the same as when things were really really good best week's and month's EVER. CVR just went to shit, AOV was low, no one was buying anything. Feels reaaaallllllllllly shit. Throw away the laptop and pack it in bad. I didn't do any work on the weekend, wasn't interested. I'm just putting this out there cos it's very nice when you have good case studies and everyone loves you cos you're making them money, but it's also fucking awful when performance tanks unexpectedly. Today I was up early, headphones on and working on it. Provide shareholder value or die trying (which i thought i was about to do as of friday lol)
