Embassy is pleased to share the Malaysian team's achievements at the Azerbaijan International Food Industry Exhibition. The Malaysian team, consisting of three participants, proudly concluded the competition with an impressive achievement of 2 Bronze medals and 1 Silver medal.

On 12 April 2026, the Embassy, with Perwakilan Baku, participated in the International Spring Charity Bazaar, organised by the International Women's Club and the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Baku.

The Annual GLC International Education Fair is back, and as in previous years, the Embassy participated by showcasing numerous educational opportunities in Malaysia for Azerbaijani students!

On 22 January 2026, the Embassy of Malaysia had an engagement with representatives from Universiti Teknologi Petronas and Lingva Training Center to explore strategic collaboration pathways that would enable Azerbaijani students to access Malaysia’s world-class higher education.

On December 24, as part of our Global Perspectives Lecture Series (GPLS), H.E. Mr. Ahmad Kamrizamil Mohd Riza, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Malaysia 🇲🇾 to the Republic of Azerbaijan, delivered a lecture on “Malaysia’s Chairmanship of ASEAN in 2025”.

H.E. Ambassador, together with HBS of the Embassy of Malaysia, hosted the office bearers of the MTCP Alumni Club Azerbaijan for a warm dinner gathering to discuss the ASEAN chairmanship and several breakout ideas to enhance the participation of Azerbaijani officials in the MTCP.
