Day1-4 (20-23/5): My internet goes completely dead. For 4 days, @Unifi support gives me zero transparency. Just a generic copy-paste "external connection issue" with NO Estimated Time of Resolution (ETR). Left in the dark, I file an official report with @MCMC_RASMI @fahmi_fadzil

@unifi FALSE RESOLUTION - "My ticket was marked 'Resolved' at 12:15 PM today (14/01) without any restoration. NO technician visited my house. NO phone call was made to verify. NO internet connection. You have falsely closed my ticket for the 4th time. DO NOT open a new ticket.
