A lot of these women will purposely black themselves out in these nightclubs and not have enough money for their taxi, so they'll either look for any clean-up crew or they'll beg the taxi drivers to drop them off for free.. (we all know what happens)

The women in these scenes know exactly how the culture works. If they truly wanted it gone, they’d stop showing up at the bars or they’d start using designated drivers and pacing themselves. A lot of them are deliberately getting blackout drunk because they want to be chosen by the cleanup crew at the end of the night.

Madame Joyce has criticised “clean up crew” culture, in which men wait outside nightclubs trying to take intoxicated girls home. She described the practice as “predatory” and said it is deliberately “targeted” 😳 “Mandem what are you doing?”

For the most part, they're flirting or requesting if they want 'a ride'. Half of these women will tend to accept the 'offer' because women like materialism.

It's only sexual if these women accept/consent to the offer, clean-up crew are not physically forcing women into their vehicle. If these women are old enough to vote then they're old enough to get themselves out of the situation.
