Have yet to receive an email from their customer service, they have no phone representatives and I’ve been “in queue” to speak with a representative on Facebook since noon. Unacceptable. 🤡🤡🤡

@BornToVegas @FlySwoop We were supposed to be on the same flight. Got to the airport and we’re told to go home. Lost a days work, didn’t get a refund for our hotel tonight, had tickets to a show that were non refundable. Almost 500 dollars we lost. What did swoop give us? A free sandwich. Disgrace.

Today is Ash Wednesday. As a class we had our liturgy and discussed how we can do our part to assist with our school’s Lenten project. As part of STEAM week, we used our DPA time to build snow sculptures🌨❄️☃️. Great job grade 4&5s! @StMartinOCSB #ocsbSTEAM

Happy 100th day of school! Celebrating today by showing off our elderly side👴🏻👵🏻. we finished off the day hy working on our reading and writing skills in French with a literacy walk in the afternoon. @StMartinOCSB

Busy week in grade 4/5. We worked on our writing, started our natural disasters and winter olympics projects. We were able to briefly watch our olympics womens hockey team face-off against the Swiss. Perhaps there are some future olympians in this group? @StMartinOCSB 🥇🏒🥅

Great week back at school! We had fun playing in the ample snow ❄️❄️❄️and seeing our friends again. We also received response letters from our pen pals in France 🇫🇷 @StMartinOCSB

Its been a busy week in Grade 5! The students have been hard at work completing crafts and gaining a better understanding of the human body. Today we recreated hands with working tendons which will be used for our entry in this week’s door decorating competition 🚪@StMartinOCSB

Happy National Truth and Reconciliation Day. So proud that so many of our friends were their orange to school! This morning we took time to discuss why we were wearing orange and journaled how we felt. Later on we began our investigation of the respiratory system.🪶@StMartinOCSB

Today we learned about the franco-ontarian flag and what it means to french speakers throughout the province. Students also finished their skeletal system activity. Amazed at the creative yet accurate designs they were able to come up with! Bravo! 💀🦴🍝🇫🇷 @StMartinOCSB

Bon vendredi! After studying the skeletal system this week we began creating our own models out of pasta! Special thank you to Michael for bringing a skeleton from home to help his friends learn! 💀🍝 @StMartinOCSB

Today we continued our unit on the human body by learning about the skeletal system. We read a text in french explaining functions and fun facts & afterwards we labelled the major bones in the body together on the Smartboard! Great job everyone!
