Start Garrett Wilson over Parker Washington this week. Wilson projects significantly higher volume and fantasy points (around 55.9 NFL fantasy points projected vs. 23.3 for Washington). Wilson is the Jets' primary receiver with a strong target share and is returning from injury, while Washington faces a tough Houston defense despite his role as Jacksonville's top target. Wilson's upside and usage make him the safer, higher-ceiling start.
