The downside of linear planning is that you make the biggest decisions when you know the least about the problem. Yesterday @iLab_NI launched our service-wide training, introducing Leadership Program participants to #behaviouralscience. After 8yrs' project work, building awareness of the field and its importance, it's nothing short of a delight to watch the organisation embrace it.
