I woke up after 2 hours sleep in an attempt to get an appointment and it's still not possible, so now ontop of the original problem I'm going to be miserable and tired all day

Just spent 90 minutes on hold to the doctor's to try get an appointment, for them to finally answer to tell me there's no appointments left and to try again Monday. I hate this so much.

@ConnorRyan94 The ones I had from dickies aren't, but not sure if they do them anymore, bought them from EMP The Dublin's are slip on yeah, but they do lace up versions as well, which should be good

@M_SJonesAudio Had a quick look, Dickies seem to be actual work boots, and the Venturers are slip ons? Neither is really what I'm looking for unfortunately

Bought a pair of boots 2 weeks ago that completely died already and had to be returned. Sure it was probably just a faulty pair, but seeing as I end up needing a new pair of boots every year or so might just actually buy a proper more expensive pair now and hope they last longer

@ConnorRyan94 Doc's are very comfy, got some Dublin Venturer 3 boots for work which are great and cheaper than docs...my previous work boots were a pair of dickies ones which have been great and still usable after 3+ years

Maybe I finally just cave and buy a pair of Doc Martens?

@ConnorRyan94 Pretty sure this would fall more under a script writer kind of thing, or possibly even a writer/director kind of category depending on how a quote from a production company was put together and the size of the production company

To any of my writer friends, if a very large company wanted two 5 minute scripts for a national level inter company promo video, how much would you change for that?
