I am going to make a post shortly on the ATM usage, which I have observed over the past few weeks.
The hard pill to swallow is this:
The ATM is not making the share price go down.
It's people selling. Some believe that the stock is not valuable and they are taking profits, while others are shorting.
This is the reality, some people will disagree, and that's what makes a market.
I often feel that people use ATM as a sort of comfort mechanism, like if it were to stop being issued, the share price would rip.
If Saylor had not used the ATM this week, I am fairly certain price behavior would have behaved largely in the same manner.
Right now, the market believes that a 2x MNAV is appropriate.
(and yes, I use MNAV as a sudo p/e).
IMO, they are in for a rude awakening, but that's another point.

The best thing about #Bitcoin is that you know when it goes up and down.
You don't get this with other assets, even with Nvidia. Remember Nokia? In 2011, it controlled the whole cellphone sector. It got wiped out in a few years.
BTC is the greatest financial opportunity.

Michael @saylor has done 4-6 podcasts in the last 2 weeks in which he has repeatedly used specific words that are giving unconscious clues around the strategy for MSTR going forward to acquire more Bitcoin.
You must spend time listening and analysing these podcasts to understand how the MSTR strategy is about to pivot.
The main goal is keeping the stock top of mind, and the strategy has being laid out and it will never stay the same.

With BTC's multi-trillion market cap, the amount #MSTR buys (a few billion $$) is a drop in the BTC market.
Day traders of BTC are the main drivers of this market.
We'll eventually pass it, but for now I expect another significant pullback once we hit 100k.

“Psychological level” for 100k isn’t a good way of explaining what happens. It’s too figurative and doesn’t mean much.
What explains that phenomenon is that there are millions of Bitcoin traders/millionaires who will sell when #BTC approaches/hits 100k.

The biggest thing I’m worried about this #Bitcoin cycle.
Is #Bitcoin-ers who held through the last 1 or 2.
Thinking they “know” how the cycle works and selling into a perceived “high”.
Hoping to buy back when we have a correction before the next cycle.
That are not appreciating the potential cycle changing effects of ETF’s pumping in $250m a day.
Please don’t be arrogant and cost yourself all your hard work.
This is a new world now.
