You don't think before saying this but let's change this for future. Your small line comment has 2 parts. 1. About import and how are you going to import if our export dies down due to high currency value. We won't have money to buy stuff 2. Your info is wrong we only import slightly above than export. A simple search can put stuff in right perspective

We all will have to beg if this happens and our economy will crash completely. We will be beggers and fight each other for food. In short everything we export to to other countries will be far more expansive than compititor countries and nobody will buy from us.

@zedchrmsm if that happens, Indian economy will collapse overnight. Exports will become very expensive. 0 forex will come in, imports will rise and guess what, 1991 repeats itself again. INR should get devalued ~4-5% yoy basis for us to grow.
