Marlborough District Court is closed due to a water main break. This includes Housing and Probate

Springfield Courthouses closed today (10/16) due to massive water main break downtown

Also included: ·     Payment for facilities employees to receive reimbursement for licenses related to their work ·     Increased funding to our Dental and Vision Trust Fund ·     Provides clothing allowances paid to all Local 6 employees.

Local 6 Contract Update: The proposed agreement provides the following: ·     3% Increase effective January 1, 25 ·     2% Increase effective July 1, 25 ·     2% Increase effective January 1, 26 ·     2% Increase effective July 1, 26 ·     2% Increase effective January 1, 27

Also- Effective January 2025: Additional $1 per employee increase to Health and Welfare funding Improved clothing reimbursement for Probation and Security

@gomezwixon15744 Raises are essentially set in stone. The issue is the MA Legislature doesn't realize/care that some employees live paycheck 2 paycheck.. thus they put the Bill on the backburner. They assume everyone is OK w Retro pay. The rally today is to show this is not OK

The Massachusetts Legislature has decided that the latest 'agreed upon' Collective Bargaining Agreement for Trial Court employees is low on their priority list. A rally is scheduled on Oct 19th @ the State House with multiple Unions to try to gain the attention of Legislature

Transfer list for Court Officers made public. Court Officers whom graduated from last academy will be placed where the Trial Court needs to fill open spots
