Pero me la suda mi target es gente espabilada que realmente saque partido al knowledge que voy a compartir. Si eres Ibai, Xocas, Rubius, Plex o si quieres ser uno de ellos léelo por favor. Tienes 3 batallas que ganar: - Tú competencia - Tu supervivencia - Tu mismo La última es la más importante. Peleas contra ti mismo realmente. Aquí van estrategias de contenido muy avanzadas para que lo entiendas: Si la mesa tiene 4 patas te tienes que centrar en solo 4 cosas para reventarlo: 1. Invitados Durante tu carrera como creador has de hacer contactos, algunos por conveniencia mutua y otros por amistad genuina, pero debes de enlazarte con gente de diferentes nichos para ir comiendo terreno y haciendo la bola de nieve más grande. No solo para que aparezca en tu video X, también para fijarte en que hacen bien los demás. La diferencia entre Willyrex y alguien que está empezando es que Willy termina de grabar con Ibai y seguidamente me escribe preguntándome por el foco de luz tan bueno que usaba Ibai en el rodaje. Esto es de perro viejo y de tío astuto. Las cosas como son (y no lo digo porque sea mi cliente) 2. Ritmo o Cadencia Necesitas un equipo que te aguante la carrera, de nada sirve que tengas 50 ideas si ejecutas 2 por limitaciones. Evita retrasos con el editor, y aprovecha para grabar varios videos de forma simultánea. ¿O te piensas que MrBeast pone a 2 tíos en un búnker durante 100 días y espera a acabar ese vídeo? Solo subiría 2 vídeos al año jajaja. 3. Low Effort High Reward (Estrategia) La más importante, de aquí nace todo. Dedica horas, dedica días. Pero planifica bien la bala que vas a lanzar. Ten varias formas de venderla, prepara las casuísticas antes de que ocurran, adelántate y valida tu plan con cifras reales no con criterio solo. Observa la migración y tendencia de hacer las cosas pequeñas. De la simpleza. Date cuenta de que los vídeos/series/shows que más funcionan son por sí solos muy minimalistas. Los Squidgames lo revientan con un luz verde luz roja y tú estás pensando en liar la de dios y cargar tu video con ruido que hará que tenga un techo menor. 4. Producción Tienes invitados, un ritmo acojonante, y una estrategia sólida. ¿Y lo grabas de la forma correcta? Invierte en crear una composición única, en branding, en escenografía. Siempre que hablo de esto hago el símil de que es ponerle el punto a la i. Esta parte es el siguiente nivel. Trata de enganchar al espectador que lleva toda su vida acostumbrado al plano americano y al plano general. Movimientos y efectos ópticos, apaláncate de la IA y dale vueltas y captura la magia que estás creando de forma única. Crea entornos que acentúen la temática del video. ¿Me vas a hacer un video comiendo comida militar? Ponte ropa militar… detalles que marcan la diferencia. Esto es el 80% El otro 20% es acción trabajo y talento. Que os vaya genial en 2026.

Consistency is the biggest strength of a YouTuber. No long breaks No headloss No slacking Once you have momentum, grab it, and never let it go. If you lose it, don’t stop until you get it back again. You’ll beat out every competitor.

Your YouTube goal isn't unrealistic, if other people have reached it. Might take you longer, might take more effort than it took them, might have to do it with less resources, less time, more stress. But it's doable, so don't ever let anyone tell you your goal is stupid.

Tengan cuidado con este editor; es un estafador. No planeaba exponerlo porque quería saber si me daba algún tipo de explicación y hablarlo primero; apareció diciéndome que si me iba a entregar todo; le digo que ok. y luego hoy entro de nuevo y veo que borró varios los mensajes. Entre ellos donde me pedía que le pague el 50% antes; le respondí que de hecho así trabajo. tiempo después me pide que le pague rápido porque tiene una crisis personal, y yo por buena onda y ayudarlo; le pago todo por adelantado, luego desaparece. peguen ojo gente

9/10 times, when I see a creator tweet something about their YouTube struggles, I'll stop to give them some advice or my thoughts, and they'll thank you for it. But 1/10 times you get the most obnoxious, stubborn, ego-driven person who takes the help as an insult. If you're posting your struggles on X, the likelihood is you want help, or guidance, or an answer. Then when someone qualified gives you it, you're meant to listen, not complain or say you've tried everything. It makes you want to never reply to a tweet again, but those 9/10 people make it worth trying.

@sethfowIer Do you think creating a new channel will help if my channel is dead?

What's better? Maining one game, vs posting multiple games on one channel. I get this question a lot. It's much harder to do at a high level. Every video has to be evergreen, and ideated with the assumption that X% of your audience didn't subscribe for it and thus wont click/watch it. Every video has to have the aim to be pushed out to brand new viewers. Ideation and retention has to be on point, less room for error. As your core audience grows, you get slightly more forgiveness because you've got a larger % of them who will view it, making it easier and faster to get it pushed. But as a small channel, variety is much harder, which is why I advocate for maining one game to build up a sizable audience first, before considering variety.
