Okay, forget the pressing and forget trying to prove Barcelona isn't broke for a second. Could that €80m spent on Anthony Gordon not have been used on Kenan Yildiz instead? A younger player, arguably a higher ceiling, more technithe, and stylistically a much cleaner fit for Barcelona's positional game. Maybe Gordon is the available option. But if we're talking pure Barca DNA, Yildiz feels like the obvious choice.
