@MacMede that is to say, GPs can only access records from other providers of primary care under the NHS, they don't link up internationally

@MacMede there is a process for that - once they have decided to put you on their list - unless you are a tourist !

NHS tourism: under the regulations charges only apply to services provided in a hospital, or staff employed under direction of a hospital.
