@RobCurrieMusic Anyone wants to defend "kill Jews" or "Hitler was right" as NOT being anti-Semitic is on flimsy footing. As for methodology, the fact is, the internet and social media are forces in the world, and their use tells us something. We need to pay attention to these studies.

@amarkhoday @AnnaJaneL @SCC_eng I absolutely agree. But the text gives you the important cases up to a point in time (even if they are not @SCC_eng, which sometimes happens in certain areas, like business law), and then you can use those cases to go forward, to see where they have been cited

@AnnaJaneL @MacPher1 @SCC_eng Good tip Darcy. Though I think depending on how old the text is, it may leave out more recent jurisprudence. Consulting some recent articles might be a useful supplement.
