Lay was lodged at the Yamhill County Jail on one count of 2nd degree Robbery and one count of 1st degree Theft pending arraignment.

MCMINNVILLE BANK ROBBERY On 6/2/2021 at 11:55 am McMinnville units were dispatched to a robbery that had just occurred at Chase Bank in McMinnville, 1675 N. Hwy 99W. The suspect entered the bank and presented a note demanding money from the teller. The suspect received an
