Seven students lost their lives and five others hurt at the Public University of El Alto, the second-largest city in Bolivia. The incident happened as many students gathered on the balcony to enter a lecture hall for an assembly on Tuesday. An investigation has been ordered and the rescued woman will be questioned to gather more information. Those affected are between 20 to 27 years old. "As a result of this incident, seven have lost their lives and five are in a critical condition, some of whom have been stabilized," the health minister said.
