6 - police officers located gunman on the roof and retreated, running away from him, right before he opened fire on Trump - AP
Luke Rudkowski@Lukewearechange

So let me get this straight..... 1 - The shooter at Trump’s rally was spotted acting suspiciously near the event, Authorities announced over radio to keep an eye on him, and this info was passed to Secret Service. - CNN 2 - The shooter made it to the roof with a full rifle kit as TWO witness's saw him and say they were telling authorities and screaming about him for an estimates 3 - 4 min - BBC 3 - A standard sniper-spotter team tasked with covering such a critical direction waits an estimated 42 seconds after looking directly at the shooter, allowing him to take 5 shots at Trump - Video From Event x.com/j6videos/statu… 4 - The secret service decides its ok to keep Trump on stage for an extended period of time where he's able to face and actually address the crowd with an active shooter - Video From Event 5 - The secret service didn't think of securing the high point and advantage area over the event... YEAH WHAT DO YOU THINK REALLY HAPPENED HERE!?

@BillyM2k You’re assuming staged as though everyone was in on it. Look at it another way, If Trump was killed, Republican Party gets a win, if the shooter completely missed Republican Party gets a win. Staged to injure isn’t the only possibility.

@elonmusk Absolutely 30 day 24hr voting stations, free voter ID for everyone, mobile voter ID buses and mobile voting buses. Then no one can complain. You have plenty of opportunities then. Either that or it’s a mandatory paid federal holiday all businesses must be closed.

When combined with mail-in ballots, the system is *designed* to make it impossible to prove fraud. Mail-in and drop box ballots should not be allowed, as cameras on the in-person voting stations would at least prevent large-scale fraud by counting how many people showed up vs ballots cast. x.com/wallstreetapes…

@BillAckman Wait, so the study found no cases of hepatitis B in school age children that were required to get the vaccine? Isn’t that the goal?

When my last child was born, on the first day of her life we were told that she needed a HepB vaccine. It was not presented as a choice and I foolishly did nothing to stop the nurse. My older three daughters did not receive the vaccine at birth. Those that question the growing, now 72-shot regimen for children are considered by some to be wackos and anti-vaxxers. I think the skepticism is appropriate and prudent as we are obligated as parents to make sure that we are not causing harm to our children who are not capable of providing informed consent. Our society needs to complete a careful review of vaccine protocols including the risks associated with the cumulative effect of all of the vaccines we are giving children. We have been working for more than a year to find a credible and independent group to do such an investigation but so far have not been able to do so. If you can help us do this important work, please contact us at info@persq.org.

Does the Hepatitis B (HepB) vaccine used in the United States stop infection and transmission of Hepatitis B in a school setting? Answer: HepB is mandated to attend school in most states and the justification for these rights-crushing mandates is to prevent transmission of Hepatitis B in the school setting. So, on behalf of @ICANdecide, we sent a Freedom of Information Act request to CDC asking for “documentation sufficient to reflect any case(s) of transmission of Hepatitis B in an elementary, middle, or high school setting.” In response, the CDC explained that: “A search of our [CDC] records failed to reveal any documents” of “transmission of Hepatitis B in an elementary, middle or high school setting.”* This is because Hepatitis B is a bloodborne illness, typically transmitted by sex workers or drug users sharing needles — not activities that occur in a classroom setting. And of course, at the risk of stating the obvious, just because someone hasn’t gotten a HepB vaccine doesn’t mean they have Hepatitis B. It is also noteworthy that, as the CDC explains, “almost all children 6 years and older and adults infected with the hepatitis B virus recover completely and do not develop chronic infection.”** And (you may need to sit down for this one), the clinical trials for HepB vaccines, injected at birth and again at 1 and 6 months, plainly did not show they were safe because: --Recombivax HB (Merck) was licensed for babies based on trials with no placebo control & 5 days of safety monitoring after injection; and --Engerix B (GSK) was licensed for babies based on trials with no placebo control & 4 days of safety monitoring after injection. Sources: *icandecide.org/wp-content/upl… **cdc.gov/hepatitis-b/ ***fda.gov/media/74274/do… (Recombivax HB package insert, see Section 6.1) ****fda.gov/media/119403/d… (Engerix B package insert, see Section 6.1)

@dvassallo I felt substantially safer in Germany on the highways than I do in the states. Even passing someone at 120mph or being passed at 160mph it still felt substantially safer. The cars are inspected and held to higher standard, the driving test is light years more challenging.

Can someone explain to me what's the rationale of having no speed limit on German highways? How is this not massively endangering others? Not even F1 allows cars to have a 100mph difference. The 107% rule prevents cars that are 7% slower from competing, for safety reasons.

Casually cruising at the M3P’s 263km/h (163mph) top speed on the Autobahn. (LG) Looks super stable. Germans are just built different! lol

@Tyler_Menzer @matthew_d_green It doesn’t seem so since it appears to be built into it at the hardware level. Apple really seems to strive to be able to say “We can’t comply” vs “We won’t comply”. I think if push came to shove Apple would shove back really hard.

And of course, keep in mind that super-spies aren’t your biggest adversary. For many people your biggest adversary is the company who sold you your device/software. This PCC system represents a real commitment by Apple not to “peek” at your data. That’s a big deal. 20/

@lucasmartins @matthew_d_green Do you have any evidence that Apple has given a backdoor or built one? Apple seems to go to extra lengths to be unable to comply. Apple doesn’t fight it, they just make it not possible. Makes a simpler and easier answer for them. “Sorry it’s just literally not possible”

@matthew_d_green Honestly none of these security strategies matter while the "Patriot Act" and its booster bills are in place, the intelligence agencies will demand a backdoor as always and Apple will pretend to fight it, as always.

So Apple has introduced a new system called “Private Cloud Compute” that allows your phone to offload complex (typically AI) tasks to specialized secure devices in the cloud. I’m still trying to work out what I think about this. So here’s a thread. 1/

@hershblogger @matthew_d_green The way I look at it, is Apples track record of protecting user data is really high. Apple values user experience more than pretty much anything. If they stored data they could almost certainly make a significantly better user experience but they aren’t.

@matthew_d_green If you cannot opt out of this entirely it kills Apple for me. AND they have to I’m permanently opted out. It can’t possibly be turned on with a flacky software update. That is a problem.

is there a source of truth for ratio of VC fund size (AUM) to # of partners? would be telling - especially for early stage, and helpful for LPs & founders to know which firms are focused on scaling coverage (and fees) vs. those focused on the best deal (and outcome) with no pressure to deploy capital.
