Happy Birthday to @GeneMakowsky had the honor & privilege to share the sidelines as an @R_M_Football Bantam coach in 2014 in which I was the D line coach and he was O line where his oldest son Nick played. We won the big one that season and I learned a lot from him #CFLHOF 🏆

Defending Grey Cup champion Calgary Stampeders held Bobblehead Night for RB Kelvin Anderson on July 18, 2002, for a game against Montreal Alouettes. That season, Kelvin rushed for 1074 yards - his 7th 1000-yard rushing season in as many years. Note his flashy gold-capped tooth.

This is Andy Lindberg, the fella who played David “Lard Ass” Hogan in Stand By Me. You can’t call him that anymore. He shredded off his boom badda boom and I’d be saying “how ya like me now!!” To the Benevolent Order of Antelopes, but their antlers were puked on #StandByMe #barf

Not every day when you get a shoutout and a follow from a character in one of my all time favourite movies. I first saw #StandByMe in the theatres when it first came out in 86 and like these guys I was 12 so I was totally drawn and was able to relate to each character #Vern

I don't understand Rider fans who are clamouring to sign Lewis Ward. He was slightly better than Lauther last year (76 vs 72%) with a far weaker leg. With the changes coming in 2027, kickers like Ward are likely on the outs

They’re the arch rivals to the east but good on them to turn out this kind of profit. It’s a damn shame the @CFL is going into the 🚽 it’s time to speak even louder against those 🐴💩 rule changes. There will be @UFLgame sized crowds by 2027. I will not support a watered down NFL
