I haven’t cried in a long while but bro… I just did 😭😭😭😭 watching this video took me back to late November/December last year when I was depressed as fuck I hated seeing people, hated chatting, hated talking. I was suic!dal asf all thanks to one of my brothers who literally made it his job to check up on me every single day. 5am every morning. 8pm every night just to make sure I made it to the next day I locked myself inside my small crib all day, curtains closed didn’t even watch the sunrise anymore he was the only person I interacted with daily the only time I slowly started feeling alive again was taking late night walks around 9/10pm while listening to music watching this now made me realize this genuinely could’ve been me I might have been long gone already if not for the few people around me who helped me survive that phase so as much as you’re tired brother… as much as you feel alone sister… su!c!de is never the option and trust me when I say this: it really does get better ❤️‍🩹 funny how we survive 99% of the days we thought we never would please don’t take your own life just try to make it to the second day and when people say “talk to someone” it doesn’t always mean they have solutions sometimes you just need someone beside you while you carry the weight because trauma feels lighter when you’re not carrying it alone sending love to everyone silently battling depression, loneliness and thoughts they can’t explain 🫂❤️
