✒️ Lying Down in the Masjid? ʿAbbād ibn Tamīm narrated, from his uncle, that "he saw the Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam) lying on his back in the masjid, with one leg over the other." 📚 Sahih al-Bukhari & Muslim Al-Bukhari also narrated from Saʿīd ibn al-Musayyib that "ʿUmar and 'Uthmān used to do the same." Note: If a person is near the Qur' an or a shelf containing mushaf(s), he should not point his feet towards it.

✒️ An advice to Imams, Du'at & Khateeb(s) for Jumuah With the current climate, many Muslims praise certain states based on global events and through a political lens. It is therefore important to remind people of the correct Aqidah, so speak about: - Shirk & Kufr. - The virtues of Sahabah. - Al-Walaa wal-Baraa. - The Ummah will only attain victory through Tawhid. Countries and governments do not need to be specified, but the correct Aqidah has to be taught.

📝 Advice for Bringing Up Children 1. Teach them Aqidah & emphasise Tawhid. 2. Instill a connection to Allah, a desire for Jannah & fear of Jahannam. 3. Be a role model through actions. 4. Make the house a place of Ibadah. 5. Take them to the masjid, and enter them into Hifdh programs. 6. Do not allow them unrestricted time on screens. Never allow screen and devices in bedrooms - ever. 7. Fill their free time with activities. 8. Monitor their schooling, and talk to them. 9. Make Du'a.

✒️ Reciting Qur'an in Gatherings Shaykh Ṣāliḥ al-Fawzān is asked regarding opening gatherings with the recitation of the Qur'ān. Response: This is mustaḥabb (recommended), and the Companions - raḍiaAllāhu ‘anhum - used to do this. When they would gather, they would instruct one person to recite from the Qur’an.
