🌈Mouse Cat loves Mommy (OTRB)

This is one of Souris Advant’s three babies. There is also a Souris Derrière. Mus musculus or the common house mouse. Or cat TV!

Mommy had a horrible day. One where she felt incompetent. She had to do something that she didn’t want to, and blathered on to someone who was the exact opposite: confident and smart. Now all she can think of was what a mess she made of everything.

We’re waiting on breakfast! Fiadh, Finnegan and me, Roísín!

Mommy says that the worst thing about applying for a job is the difference of opinion between hers (“I would be PERFECT for this job!”) and any potential employer’s (“Why did she even apply?!?”) And getting her hopes up…

We got snow! Roísín watched it from the window! Mommy got to work from home the whole week!

Mommy found all of Roísín’s missing toys under the cat bed! She thought Roísín had lost them all.

Roísín is trying to help Mommy. She is not doing well with the loss of her job (even though she has a new one because it pays way less). She’s been diagnosed with depression. Can you send good thoughts to my mommy?

Finny, finding the least comfortable place to sleep…

Daddy got 15 of Rosie’s toys from under the bookcase! Mommy calls them Bruce because they are Bruce Spring-steens!

Mommy is having a bad day. She feels useless and can’t figure anything out. She starts her new job Monday (for way less money) and is doing a sewing project that isn’t working out. She is very disappointed in herself.

Sorry for lack of posts. Mommy has had a lot to process since losing her job. But she has a new one except it’s less money. She made a decision to apply for the job based on wrong information and is beating herself up about it, thinking “if only…”

Mommie is losing her job; her office is closing. It helped students succeed; some people think her office helped certain people, not everyone. They didn’t understand. She is looking for a job and scared because she doesn’t know what will happen. Can you send her good thoughts?
