¡Feliz Día de les Illes Balears! 💚
Islas de luz, mar y tradición. De gente cercana, producto con alma y una cultura que se vive todo el año. Un entorno único que nos inspira y que entre todos debemos cuidar.
Gracias a quienes lo hacen posible cada día.

@paulabadosa Every experience in life, good or bad, will help you become a better version of yourself. You just need to enjoy the ride, no matter how bumpy it may be. Take care of yourself and see you back on court soon 🙏🏼❤️

Dejar hogar con solo dos maletas y el corazón lleno de sueños, volar hacia lo desconocido… la zona de confort se queda atrás, pero la mejor versión de mí me espera adelante. ✨

'He should never be involved in commentary again.'
Former Premier League referee Mark Clattenburg faces calls to be taken off television for his comments during Real Madrid’s win over Benfica where Vinicius Junior alleged he was racially abused.
Clattenburg, working as a pundit on Amazon Prime Video, insisted live on air that Vinicius “has not helped himself” by his celebration and then reporting the incident and leaving the field of play at Estádio da Luz along with his team-mates.

I was in Lisbon last night for Benfica vs Real Madrid, illuminated by a moment of brilliance from Vinicius Jnr and completely overshadowed by what happened after that.
Vinicius Jnr believes he was racially abused by the opponent who wouldn't talk to him without putting his shirt over his mouth. The opponent denies it, as do his club.
What was also depressing was the response to his complaint: monkey gestures from kids in the crowd (caught on camera) and the rush from so many others — high-profile people in football who should know better, anonymous people on this platform who clearly don't know better — to suggest Vinicius had somehow brought it on himself anyway. Why? Because, like so many other players in world football, he celebrated at the nearest corner flag, in front of the opposition fans.
Why does it keep happening to Vinicius Jnr?
Because he's a phenomenal footballer who, when he has been subjected to racial abuse (as he has been so many times before last night), has refused to suffer in silence. Nor should he. But it must be exhausting, not to mention incredibly lonely.
