@TiffanyMayCry I mean, at least you are unlocking them. I've seen people at 80 and 90 wondering why they can't do certain roulettes and then complaining when finding out they need to go do an old side quest

i am currently level 100 in every single class in ffxiv. > unlocks a level 50 dungeon from ARR.

@feydemon The higher you get the more experience you get. There are 100 floors and the first few are easy and can be done quickly. It uses its own leveling system inside which lets you try out and get used to abilities and rotations before you have them.

how does palace of the dead even work i only went from level 1 to level 3 after 10 whole floors surely that’s not the exp grinding method people were talking about

im trying to level monk so i can go back to msq but it takes sooo fucking long and i did 10 floors of palace of the dead but it didn’t give me much exp what am I MISSING

@feydemon They are oGCDs, meaning you can and should weave them (use them between your regular abilities) whenever they are available, though they also get boosted by buffs so if you can get them in a burst window it's even better. You'll get improved AOE and single target ones as you go

im new to monk but is there a reason these "can only be used with 5 chakras" abilities are all so weak they're obsolete
