One of our previous managers suggested this in a council meeting many moons ago and it was one of those times when you wanted a camera to snap people's reactions! Turns out he was ahead of his time and it will make his day seeing this! We used to have some keen cyclists too! 🚲

🎄 It's day 2⃣1⃣ of #CommunityTransportChristmas! Being outdoors is so important for so many people's physical and mental health. #CommunityTransport provider @BSCTC1 recognised this and started up a trishaw scheme - getting passengers into the fresh air and the great outdoors!

So many lovely stories here. Ann Rodger @LarkhallVolGrp looked out for older residents and made sure they had a 'pick me up' package or hot meal delivered. 'Many of the people would be reduced to tears when their items were delivered,' realising someone cared about them. ❤
