Spain’s Supreme Court later ruled these returns illegal due to the “absolute failure to observe” the required procedures under the Aliens Law. The 2007 agreement alone was deemed insufficient without individualized processes. Courts found this violated the minors’ rights and integrity. Similar attempts have faced judicial suspension. Moroccans living in European countries such as Spain, France, Germany, and others who behave in this manner are exactly why immigrants like us continue to face difficulties. Most of us do not share that mindset, but unfortunately, the actions of a few short-sighted individuals make it easy for the far right to generalise. And, to some extent, that reaction becomes understandable. Who wants these nations to become part of Morocco? Show respect, Moroccans. Although you may have the support of America and Israel, the majority of the world will stand with Spain.

@EduardoSaldania Tiene capacidad de presión porque tiene comprado a políticos europeos. En España hay muchos del PSOE y del PP en nómina de marruecos. Marruecos realmente depende de la UE. Sin la UE Marruecos es tercer mundo y si monarquía tendría los días contados.

No pensemos que Marruecos solo tiene capacidad de presión contra España, también contra la UE en su conjunto. Solo hace falta ver cómo prácticamente todos los gobiernos europeos evitan señalar a Rabat. Es un trabajo de años para ganar influencia y explotar las dependencias.
