@allie__voss I would advise working out as intensely as you can, getting a hot shower and then a cold one, for as long as you can stand. Do 3 rounds of wim HOF. Then go to bed. The cold has really helped me sleep, but exhausting the body also helps. You dont need supplements or anything.

If anyone has sleeping tips for dealing with high cortisol, I'm all ears I do all the normal sleep hygiene stuff, I take magnesium, etc. I can literally lie there EXHAUSTED for 10 hours and not get into deep sleep
