@ZionZeep It's just really hard to get popular in the vtuber community. There's so many of them and only a select few get that successful really. The amount of people who want to be a streamer is high, the amount of people who are interested in watching streams is low.

I’m very frustrated, I just don’t know what to do anymore. I try to follow others advice on how to grow and nothing is working. Is my character unappealing or am I just unappealing as a person? I just don’t know what to do to get people to raid in or to stick around in my streams anymore.

@MidnightDismal @VomitGrubVT Then don't buy it, lol. It's as simple as that. Artists tend to price their work based on how well it is selling. If it isn't selling well, they lower their prices. It means that most people probably think that price is reasonable.

@VomitGrubVT no there is overpricing things with art. it depends on the quality of the art itself like no one wants to pay a fuck ton of money for low quality work

Vtubers they have no respect for the people who made their whole career/hobby possible then when artists no longer want to work with them Reminder most artists UNDERCHARGE, my models for example would be 8k if i was paid minimum wage in my state.

@ZavvyGamer Originally, I was mistaking these people for scam bots because they talked exactly like one, but then I realized these are actually real people, who are so unconfident in their communication skills that they feel they need a robot to tell them what to say in every situation.

@ZavvyGamer It's starting to get really weird having people send me messages that were obviously written by ChatGPT to ask for a commission. It's not that hard to figure out what to say by yourself. Honestly, I'm pretty sure that takes more effort and makes you sound weird.

Using ChatGPT to write your posts is like the equivalent of women using orange tinged foundation/overtanning and bleaching their hair to shit in the early 2000s. Everybody knows you’re doing it, they lowkey avoid you because it’s just not a good look, and the only people eating it up is the other people doing the exact same thing.

@SethStovallVO and tbh, I think I may have only not acted hyperactive outwardly, cause I was masking, lol. I didn't want to be seen as weird, so I just copied how normal people act.

@SethStovallVO And I do have a few traits that overlap with autism, but all of those are also ADHD traits, or anxiety disorder, which was confirmed as a young child. The most obvious thing I had.

Collabs seem to be important for my mood. Like, I feel I need some socializing inbetween all this working on stuff by myself.
