I genuinely can’t wrap my head around how so many people on social media are willing to ignore Kelsey Fitzsimmons’ shortcomings. The disconnect is staggering. She’s not the fragile, helpless figure some are making her out to be. Is she deeply troubled? Absolutely. But should she ever have been hired as a law enforcement officer? Not a chance—that decision was a glaring mistake. There are things I’ve learned that will come out in family court, and hopefully this time the situation is taken seriously, instead of being brushed aside. The last thing anyone should want is another tragedy like Lindsay Clancy.

I don't comprehend judicial immunity for judges. It seems like a special protection that no other career has the privilege of having. #KelseyFitzsimmons was not under the influence at the time when she was shot by Noonan. Why was she even required to do SCRAM testing? Was house arrest & a GPS monitor not enough to keep the community & Officer Noonan safe?? Why is Judge McCarthy-Neyman allowed to completely disregard & belittle a probation office. With no repercussions? What happened to innocent until proven guilty?? Did she even care about the danger she was putting Kelsey in as someone who previously served as a Police Officer & Correctional Officer??

And when talking to police "she did not want to make assumptions about who was driving the car that sideswiped them." Is that because she realized her assumptions were wrong??
