Ppl in here trying to contact support and someone heard back "we had to pause shipments during the Winter and for a good portion of the Spring. This means that at one point in 2026, there were zero shipments being made"

My eTopps order from September finally arrived today. No email from @topps about the order. Just showed up. Missing 4 out of about 300 cards. 1 was backordered on the paperwork (15 year old card). Wish I took delivery on more. So many cards I had to leave behind @CardPurchaser

when they admitted to me a ~month ago that orders were NOT being shipped chronologically, I mentioned how they should because I was worried they'd run out by doing later orders first, and the woman SWORE to me that there was 0 risk of that

Been waiting months for my eTopps order @Fanatics and Topps forced me to place. Anyone else get the feeling from this email that they ran out of cards???? They already admitted to not having some cards, and gave "store credit". Smells fishy. Terrible experience all around.
