Myself and others warned for YEARS that stablecoins would be a backdoor to CBDC control, with unaccountable private companies unilaterally seizing people's funds with no due process, or even jursidictional recourse for many. Now people are literally debating how freezing should happen. Lmfao. This space has sunk so fucking far.

House Resolution 8250 : “To require operating system providers to verify the age of any user of an operating system, and for other purposes.” The Federal bill was introduced by Rep. Bitcoin doesn't need full blocks.
Fees will never replace block subsidy.
Industrial scale miners are an anomaly and should not exist.
Bitcoin will be fine with 10% of global hashrate, probably less.
Each node should have ASICs attached or even integrated. Mining should be equally decentralized as nodes.

Alpen Labs anticipated uncapping OP_RETURN limits.
It benefits their Strata ZK Rollup enabling their Bitcoin Dollar (BTD) stablecoin with final settlement on Bitcoin.
Wences Casares and John Pfeffer are angel investors in Alpen Labs. Both are co-Founding Donors to Brink and Bitcoin Optech.
Brink funded Gloria Zhao. Gloria merged the OP_RETURN PR.
Casares is also co-Founding Donor of Localhost Research. They fully fund Ava Chow and Mark "Murch" Erhardt. Murch strongly supported uncapping OP_RETURN, and strongly opposes BIP_110.
David Seroy, Head of Ecosystem at Alpen Labs, voiced support for the OP_RETURN PR. And he's been critical of critical of BIP-110.

This really does just say it all. Deranged fucking insanity. And @jimmysong has absolutely been every bit as fucking retarded as Luke has been through all this nonsense. You know the difference between the two of them? Jimmy has clearly actually been reflecting on everything. Even if he won't admit his direct part in things (and maybe that's just so far, I would honestly respect him if he did acknowledge that), he has clearly privately at least been reflecting on the discordant effect the way he and everyone else has engaged has had. He has clearly recognized the absolute spineless and disgusting behavior a massive number of people have stooped to. He has seen how far that has departed from any meaningful, or just straight up REAL, contention there might have been in the beginning. He's clearly not okay with that. And even if he in my opinion is still being a fucking retard, and still trying to horseshit his way past acknowledging his direct role in all of this, he is nonetheless trying to actively NOT participate in continuing it. And what is the reaction from the deranged lunatics who have ceaselessly stooped to even lower and lower morally bankrupt acts?
