Depois que questionei publicamente o viés de confirmação da pesquisa, Andrei Roman, CEO da Atlas, me ofereceu indicar algum áudio ou vídeo sobre Lula para que ele possa testar numa próxima pesquisa. Trata-se, claro, de uma armadilha retórica para tentar demonstrar isenção. Se realmente fosse isento, o pesquisador e seu instituto já teriam questionado o eleitor sobre o envolvimento de Lula e do PT com o Master. Afinal, a imprensa já revelou encontros secretos e conselhos de Lula ao banqueiro, além de seu apoio financeiro e institucional à farmacêutica que tinha Vorcaro como principal acionista; fora a contratação de Guido Mantega e de Ricardo Lewandowski, e a relação de Rui Costa e Jaques Wagner com Augusto Lima e Daniel Monteiro, sócio e advogado de Vorcaro. Dava para fazer uma pesquisa inteira só com perguntas sobre essas e outras evidências. Desde que o escândalo veio à tona, porém, o Atlas poupou Lula e os petistas do constrangimento. Antes desta pesquisa sobre Flávio, o escândalo só foi tratado numa outra pesquisa de março sobre a confiança do brasileiro no Supremo Tribunal Federal. E mesmo nessa, foram feitas apenas 6 perguntas, a maioria genérica, sem menções ao contrato de R$ 129 milhões de Viviane Barci ou da compra da sociedade de Dias Toffoli no resort Tayayá. No caso de Flávio, porém, há expressões e gatilhos emocionais evidentes. O instituto de Andrei pergunta qual grupo político estaria “mais envolvido” no escândalo, sem apresentar o que pesa contra os demais; se o áudio de Flávio surpreendeu, se evidencia seu envolvimento direto no escândalo e até se ele deveria desistir de concorrer à Presidência. Regarding the OpenAI case, the judge & jury never actually ruled on the merits of the case, just on a calendar technicality. There is no question to anyone following the case in detail that Altman & Brockman did in fact enrich themselves by stealing a charity. The only question is WHEN they did it! I will be filing an appeal with the Ninth Circuit, because creating a precedent to loot charities is incredibly destructive to charitable giving in America. OpenAI was founded to benefit all of humanity.
