you guys know the odyssey didn’t really happen right. it wasn’t a real thing that happened. it was made up

historians be like “they were really good firends”

This is supposed to be Menelaus according to Nolan. The most famous identifier of the character, used as a Title, was "xanthos" (red hair, golden or auburn) symbol of strenght and courage. "And red-haired Menelaus stood over Patroclus’ body, like a mother cow standing over her first-born calf." (Iliad, Book 17) The Odyssey is one of the most beautiful myths to read, why not take informations before making a movie???

These are supposed to be Laestrygonians according to Nolan. They were giant primitive ogres, believed to be descendants of Laestrygon, a son of Poseidon. Cannibals, ferocious, covered in leather piece of cloths. Why do they wear Medieval armours, almost futuristic??????????
