Samsara is an algorithm based on your karma. Your habits, attachments, and attention decide what shows up in your experience. What you feed is what you see. Detachment and randomness breaks the loop, the algorithm doesn’t know what to show and starts showing you EVERYTHING

but this little bit of info, esp with at least 3 full cycles worth of tracking, shows patterns that speaks volumes on health, spiritual transitions, energetic sensitivities, etc

If a man doesn’t know the basic biology of his own genitals & how it influences him or a woman doesn’t know her own genitals & how it influences her, it is then very difficult to integrate other information.
I am finding that even the basics aren’t understood therefore higher knowledge becomes escapism.

You are experiencing emotions during sex, not ‘tying it’ to sex.
Humans feel emotions about everything they do.
You shouldn’t be having sex with anyone you can’t feel for or attach to because sex at its baseline is connection.

My take on causal sex: Casual sex isn’t for everyone. If you naturally tie emotions into sex, trying to be “casual” will just create confusion. Sex is supposed to be a feel good experience, not complicated. Know what you can handle and move accordingly.
