Tinubu, a man sold to Nigerians as the architect of modern Lagos gifted Nigerians epileptic & unaffordable electricity, poor security, unexplainable hyperinflation, compromised opposition, a corrupt FCT minister & terribly ineptitude & self serving ministers.

Obi/Kwankwaso is the only ticket that will make Nigerians know ADC is as serious as the opposition it portrayed itself to look like. But if it regurgitate any person among the serial contestants as a president and running mate, its fate will not be different from that of 2023.

PRESS STATEMENT 29-03-2026 RESIGNATION FROM THE NEW NIGERIA PEOPLE’S PARTY (NNPP) I wish to formally announce my resignation from the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) with immediate effect. I seize this opportunity to express my profound gratitude for the honour and privilege of serving as the Party’s National Leader and its Presidential Candidate in the 2023 General Elections. As a committed and bonafide member of the party, this was not an easy decision to make. However, considering the current trajectory of the nation’s political landscape, which calls for strategic realignment, I have found it necessary to identify with another political platform that offers the best opportunity to effectively change the nation. I extend my deepest appreciation to the National Chairman, Ajuji Ahmed and the entire National Working Committee for their steadfast support throughout my time. I also thank the Board of Trustees, the National Executive Committee, and all levels of leadership across the party — from the ward to the state level, as well as the legacy members of the party and all followers of the Kwankwasiyya Movement for their dedication and commitment to our shared mission. We shall continue to collaborate and work together towards charting a better and more prosperous future for our dear nation. Signed, Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, PhD, FNSE Former Kano State Governor, 2023 Presidential Candidate, New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP)

A gov’t like Tinubu’s -which emerged winner of a questionable poll should have eased the conditions of living for Nigerians. Unfortunately, the rollout of tough neoliberal policies by his gov’t made life more difficult than Buhari, who led the most autocratic regime since 1999.

The defection of Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso to the ADC will be a game changer for the forthcoming general elections. Aside from having control of Kano’s local politics, the former governor, ex-lawmaker & ex-minister will be an asset that can play a key role in fighting the ruling APC.

While the role of gold in financing Sudan's war has been well documented, there is another resource—"the golden tears of Africa," or gum arabic—that has played a key role in fuelling the ongoing conflict. Sudan controls roughly 70-80% of the world's supply of gum arabic, a resource found in soft drinks, pharmaceuticals, certain foods, cosmetics, etc. The Rapid Support Forces currently control approximately 80% of the gum arabic trade, frequently smuggling it out of the country. Two French companies lead in gum arabic processing. Please see a Mediapart investigation, republished with permission for Ayin: 3ayin.com/en/gum-arabic-… @Mediapart #arabicgum #Sudan #KeepEyesOnSudan

"They say death came. No. It was sent for.... " In this poem, Dr Ebere Okereke reflects on lives lost not by chance, but through layers of neglect, weak systems, and the quiet normalisation of avoidable deaths in Nigeria's health care system. Read here: nhwat.ch/3PprC4a #NHWPost @Fmohnigeria

The reckless campaign against Iran will weaken America’s president. That will make him angry. Be warned: he makes a very bad loser econ.st/4lA7lEQ
