@dominos_india tried to raise complaint, but instead of resolving it, i get msg that it is resolved.... don’t know who, how and when resolved it.? The how the complaint raiser that is me don’t even know about it. If you can’t hear the complaint they why you ppl take complaint ?

@idea_cares My sms centre number is correct. Verified by idea gallery guy. Its a month since i am trying for a help and you people are sending me basic day one resolution. Sad

@idea_cares provide me porting code at least , so that i will get out of such technically weak telecom company who could not fix my issue for last 20 days. Msg service cannot be corrected-by you and you dont allow me to port either. Why i should suffer? @Idea @TRAI @rsprasad

@idea_cares Unfortunately, IDEA is failing to resolve the issue. Is it really so big issue, that whole of the technical team cannot fix it for last 20 days? Once again assured date of 30/07/2020 is passed and the problem still exists.... @Idea @TRAI @rsprasad
