@j_aneika @PhDVoice I would take a look at the presenters ahead of time, and make a list of people to meet. During the breaks or lunch time of the conference, I would approach those people for any scientific suggestions/interactions/networking. Good luck!

@PilarM97 @PhDVoice For me visual tricks have worked well. I would put a calendar of to do things on the display board in front of my desk and check the tasks that are completed. Also, spending an hour a day on something you love also helps to recharge. You got this!

You may find out about the conferences of your interest in the company blogs of specific fields, journal pages or by a search on google.
