I no longer allow the white sox to sell me on losing on intentionally. This is what that is. FUCK losing on purpose in any form, and in any sport
That's why I've been so disgusted with the sox. They've sold us on losing intentionally for like 8 of 10 years. I'm very over it

@MailManMoore @Thomas_hook Probably not getting anything significant for a 1B/DH with one year left on his deal and potentially no baseball or a shortened season. They gotta extend him now before the big spenders come into play. Give him what he wanted before this year and then some on top.

He says there’s a concern in Japan that the White Sox will trade Murakami this season.

Costar is a gross business.
They sell you and your competitors the same information. That information is only made available by the brokers they charge for the data.
There is zero benefit to the individual agent to provide any information.
They require firms to provide licenses to all agents, not just those that use the platform.
Like @MultifamilyMad I never provide data and deny any requests. I highly encourage all CRE pros - especially in non-disclosure states - to reject this model.
