Our latest paper is out today! We show how R-loops are removed by human disease-associated branchpoint translocase enzymes such as FANCM, SMARCAL1 and ZRANB3. In the absence of these enzymes, R-loops and DNA damage accumulates. cell.com/cell-reports/f…
