Delhi narcotics inspector Subhash Yadav & his team allegedly raided a house in Uttam Nagar then planted ‘Ganja’ inside it. After threatening the owner with jail, they allegedly demanded ₹25 lakh to “close the case”. Deal settled at ₹15 lakh. But the owner showed some courage went to CBI office. CBI laid a trap in Dwarka & caught one officer red-handed while taking cash. Subhash Yadav got tipped off & escaped. When CBI raided his office:
• ₹50 lakh cash recovered
• Multiple flats & land in Dwarka
• ₹100+ crore bank transactions Allegedly 3 IPS officers are also having connection with him. These people meant to fight crime became the crime syndicate itself 🤐

His name is Mohammad Aamir Khan. On the night of February 20, 1998, his mother asked him to buy medicines from a shop in Old Delhi. He was 18 years old. He never made it to the shop. Men in plain clothes stopped him on the street. He did not know they were police officers. They took him to an abandoned building. For seven days, he was held in illegal custody. He was tortured. He was forced to sign blank sheets of paper. Then the Delhi Police Special Cell produced him in court and charged him with 19 counts of bombing across Delhi, Ghaziabad, Rohtak and Sonepat between December 1996 and October 1997. He was presented to the media as a terrorist. His family was never informed. They spent days searching police stations before finding out what had happened. He spent 14 years in prison. Through torture. Through solitary confinement. He watched case after case fall apart in court as evidence was shown to be fabricated. In 2012, he was acquitted in 17 of 19 cases. Two cases remain pending. He had already served more time in jail than the maximum sentence he could have received even if convicted on all charges. He walked out of prison in January 2012. His father had died while he was inside. His mother had suffered a stroke so severe she no longer recognised him when he walked through the door. The National Human Rights Commission directed the Delhi government to pay him compensation. The amount was Rs 5 lakh. No officer from the Delhi Police Special Cell was charged. No one was suspended. No inquiry was ordered. He wrote a book about what was done to him. He called it Framed As A Terrorist. My 14 Year Struggle To Prove My Innocence. He now helps other wrongfully accused prisoners navigate the system that destroyed him. India gave him Rs 5 lakh and called it justice. Follow for real stories India never makes headlines about.

When he visited his house, At the residence, IPS Sharma found 14 West Bengal Police personnel deployed. India's peak power demand hit 260 GW yesterday. New all-time record. During a heatwave with 47°C temperatures across North India. The grid held. No blackouts. That sentence alone is an engineering achievement most people will not appreciate. Five years ago India had chronic power deficits. Load shedding was normal. In 2023, peak demand hit 243 GW and several states struggled. In April 2026, the grid delivered 260 GW without a single major failure. What changed: 26.5 GW of new capacity added in FY26 — largest annual addition in a decade. Solar alone contributed 18 GW. New HVDC transmission corridors connecting surplus regions to deficit ones. Battery storage deployments cushioning peak load. But the margin is razor thin. India's grid is designed for about 270 GW. We just touched 260 GW. That is 96% utilisation during peak hours. One more heatwave spike or an unexpected plant outage and the buffer disappears. This is why every power stock hit 52-week highs. The market sees what the headlines miss — India needs $150 billion in power infrastructure investment over five years just to keep up. Data centres, EVs, semiconductor fabs, industrial expansion — all need reliable 24/7 power. The grid is the bottleneck holding everything else together.

His name is Bant Singh. He is a farmer and folk singer from Jhabhar village in Mansa district, Punjab. He had been singing since he was ten years old. In 2000 his daughter was studying in Class 9 when three men gang raped her. The panchayat told him to settle it quietly. He was offered ten lakh rupees and three acres of land to drop the case. He refused. He filed a police complaint. He went to court. In 2004 all three men were convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment. The village did not forgive him. On January 5 2006 he was cycling home through wheat fields after campaigning for a labour rally. Seven men ambushed him with iron rods and axes. He lost both arms and his left leg. He was moved from Mansa to Patiala to PGI Chandigarh where doctors operated for hours to save his life. When he regained consciousness he asked for his harmonium. He said they cut my arms thinking they would silence me. They were wrong. All seven attackers were eventually convicted. He kept performing at rallies. He kept singing. He still sings today. Follow for real stories about people India must never forget.

In the last 12 months, Hyundai & LG together took $4.7 billion out of their Indian subsidiaries and sent it to their Korean parents. Samsung's royalties to Seoul rose 50% in a single year to ₹3,322 crore. All of this is legal under India's trade agreement with Korea. 🧵
