Last night I started the new Drive to Survive.
And I kept thinking about the flags.
Not the cars. Not the drivers. The flags...
The banners. The uniforms. The print jobs. The set designers.
The people whose entire career exists inside a world most people consume without thinking twice about who made any of it.
Worlds within worlds.
Then I watched the One Piece behind the scenes. Same thing.
Artists. Creatives. Non-normal jobs that society doesn't put on the poster - but that are very much paid.
And yet online, people say there's no money.
No clients. Nobody paying the prices you want.
The money didn't go anywhere.
It just moves toward what people value enough to spend it on.
When someone says "I don't have the budget" - they're not lying. They just haven't decided yet that what you do is where that money goes.
That's not a money problem. That's a priority problem.
Your job isn't to find new money.
It's to get in front of the people whose money is already moving in your direction - and be good enough that they point it at you.
The money is always moving.
Are you in front of it?
