These last few days I've been going out and meeting with friends and it's been very healthy for me physically and mentally. I've missed having people to just hang out with irl and just vibe... It also reminds me how important it is to get off this and clear your mind too. Online can be a place of fantasy and surrealism where you are shocked what you read from others. But when you go out and talk to people face to face you realise how different real life and online are. Thank you my RL friends for hanging out with me ❤️❤️
