The signing of an MOU between Makerere University and M/s SoonPay based in the United States marks a strategic leap for Makerere University. We will work with SoonPay to advance blockchain technology, in Uganda and Africa. The future lies in digital technologies, including blockchain technology. I am inspired by the large number of students who turned up for training today.
